By using HirGulf you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Using the platform

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• Job seekers use HirGulf free of charge. Employers may purchase optional paid features.
• You may not post false, misleading, discriminatory, or fraudulent listings or profiles.

Jobs and applications

• Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings.
• HirGulf never asks candidates to pay for a job. Never send money to a recruiter — report it instead.
• We use automated systems to screen listings, but we do not guarantee any job, hire, or outcome.

Content and conduct

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a licence to display it as part of the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users.

Payments

Paid features (such as featured listings and employer subscriptions) are billed through our payment provider. Fees are shown before purchase.

Disclaimer & liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, HirGulf is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
